signature lines) for the bottom of the HUD closing papers.

HUD1099.txm - This is the standard Substitute 1099S
clause
for the seller to sign acknowledging that the
transaction is being reported to the IRS. It will
not print if the transaction is a refinance.

- This template simply provides spaces for the initials
of the parties. This is for people that would like to
have the parties sign a third page addendum to the HUD
and initial Pages One and Two.

and buyers, corporations or individuals.

Managing Member of a Seller corporation. The
Managing Member's description is input in the Seller
Long Name field and is pulled in under the name of
the corporation.

CP1.txm - This is the standard
Substitute 1099S Form for the seller to sign
acknowledging that the transaction is being reported

the seller is a corporation, nor if the transaction
