HUD Templates

These are samples of the available templates (language and signature lines) for the bottom of the HUD closing papers.

HUD Page One:

• HUD1099.txm - This is the standard Substitute 1099S clause for the seller to sign acknowledging that the transaction is being reported to the IRS. It will not print if the transaction is a refinance. Preview

• HUD1INIT.txm - This template simply provides spaces for the initials of the parties. This is for people that would like to have the parties sign a third page addendum to the HUD and initial Pages One and Two. Preview

• HUD1-PRO.txm - This is a simple re-proration agreement for the bottom of Page One. It handles multiple sellers and buyers, corporations or individuals. Preview

HUD Page Two:

• HUD2.txm - This is the one-size-fits-all HUD Page Two template. It has the standard RESPA language and will handle signature lines for multiple parties, corporations, trusts and individuals. Preview

• HUD2INIT.txm - This template simply provides spaces for the initials of the parties. This is for people that would like to have the parties sign a third page addendum to the HUD and initial Pages One and Two. Preview

• H2-1MNGP.txm - This template is used when you have a Managing Member of a Seller corporation. The Managing Member's description is input in the Seller Long Name field and is pulled in under the name of the corporation. Preview

HUD Addendum:

• Addendum.txm - This is standard re-proration language and signature lines for the HUD addendum when you have too many charges to fit on the first 2 HUD pages. Preview

HUD 1A GFE Page 1:

• HUD1AGFE.txm- Standard language for the HUD 1A. Preview

HUD 1A GFE Page 2:

• HUD1APG2.txm- Standard language for the HUD 1A Page 2. Preview

Combination Buyer/Seller Statement Pages 1 and 2:

• CP1.txm - This is the standard Substitute 1099S Form for the seller to sign acknowledging that the transaction is being reported to the IRS.  This language will not appear if the seller is a corporation, nor if the transaction is a refinance and for some weird reason you are using this form. Preview

• CP2.txm - This is a simple re-proration agreement for the bottom of page two of the combined buyer/seller statement. The signature lines handle multiple sellers and buyers, adjusting for corporations or individuals. Preview
