New forms for WFG
National Title Insurance Company have been
uploaded. The Commitment form and Policies have changed and
the WFG Short Form Residential Loan Policy is a new
form.
A Trustee Affidavit with
Settlor (Deceased) has been uploaded to the Sales Docs
Menu.
A Personal Representative
Affidavit has been uploaded to the Sales Docs menu.
The new Florida DR-312
- No Estate Tax Due form in Word format has been
uploaded to the Sales Docs menu.
A new Closing Affidavit for
Sellers has been added and the Closing Affidavit for
Buyers has been updated to work for either a Refinance or a Sale. Both
forms are on the Sales Docs Menu and the Buyer's
Closing Affidavit is also on the Refinance menu.
A Contract Addendum has
been added to the Miscellaneous menu.
Attorneys' Title Fund Services
has revised some of the forms that they issue under the
banner of Old Republic National Title. We have
modified the Short Form Residential Loan Policy,
2006 ALTA Commitment and 2006 ALTA Owner's and
Loan Policies with more to follow as we read through the
changes.
The Sales Docs, Miscellaneous,
Fannie Mae
and Refinance Menus
in the Subscription area now have the documents sorted into
Letter size and Legal size paper so that you know the size
beforehand. If you see a document that you want but it is
the wrong paper size, please
tell us and we'll format
it and send it to you in your preferred paper size.
The Survey Order Form
has been updated to contain more information and to update
the formatting.
The File Information Sheet
has been updated to include all transaction types and
includes more information from added Landtech fields.
A new blended Old Republic
National Title form,
combining the Loan Policy and Florida Form 9 Endorsement has been added to the Old Republic menu. This was added as a
request for a Subscriber. Now one document includes the
Florida Form 9 with the Loan Policy! If you don't select the
ALTA 9-06 on the Policy, the FF9 will print instead. Would you like another
underwriter's Loan Policy to do this? Please
let
us know.
First American Title has
issued a new 2006 Master Endorsement List form, available here
now.
The Power of Attorney
form on the Sales Docs menu has had Florida statutory
language added to it.
The HUD Signature Page
in LDE format has been improved for use with corporate
buyers and/or sellers. This form is printed at the same time
as the HUD documents from the Additional Documents menu when
a separate signature page is wanted. |
